The PathNorth Mission

The aim of PathNorth is to assist business owners, CEOs and those in comparable positions of responsibility, to broaden their definitions of success. The very nature of modern leadership life tends to isolate and disconnect, often leading to unintended consequences. PathNorth was created in response to this growing crisis, curating breakthrough peer to peer experiences where the exploration of what truly matters is central. PathNorth offers a ‘safe table’ for such authentic probing conversations. ‘A ha’ moments are common among PathNorth members as they experience this unique community together. As did the Greeks in an earlier age, PathNorth holds that ‘good leaders’ foster good societies, thus our focus upon individual transformation and the value of role models.
